Your Insticator Commenting User Profile is where you can manage account settings like your username, password, and email notifications.
Insticator has introduced an enhanced commenting experience with Insticator Commenting 2.0, while some sites may still feature our classic Insticator Commenting 1.0. To ensure you're accessing the correct guide, please identify which version you're using:

Insticator Commenting 1.0
Your Insticator User Profile is where you can manage and update all the information and settings linked to your account, including:
- Your username and name
- The email address linked to your Insticator Commenting account
- Linking your Insticator account to an existing Disqus account
- Resetting your password
- Updating your User Profile picture
- Enabling or disabling email notifications
- Editing gender, year of birth, and zip/postal code in your profile
- Deleting your account (though we'd be bummed to see you go!)
1. In order to access your User Profile and update any of these settings, click on your username within the Commenting Unit, and then select "Profile" from the drop-down menu:

3. Once inside the "Configure" menu, make any changes to your current settings, and then scroll up to click on "Save & Close" in order to update and save your changes:
Insticator Commenting 2.0
Your Insticator User Profile is the central hub for managing all the information and settings associated with your account. You have the ability to control and update a variety of settings, including:
- Your username and name
- The email address associated with your account
- Resetting your password
- Updating your profile picture
- Enabling or disabling email notifications about new replies
- Editing personal information such as gender, year of birth, and zip/postal code
- Deleting your account (though we'd hate to see you leave!)
How to Update Your Settings
To adjust any of these settings in your Insticator Commenting account, follow these simple steps:
- Access your Profile by clicking on your username within the Commenting Unit, then click "View Profile":
- Navigate to the "Settings" tab:
- Make any desired changes to your profile settings. Once you're finished, click the "Save" button to update and save your changes:
