Why am I being logged out of my commenting account?

Are you tired of constantly being logged out of your Insticator commenting account? We feel you! It can be frustrating to have to log in every time you visit the website. But don't worry, there might be a simple fix to this issue.

One common reason why users are being logged out of their accounts is due to the auto-clearing of cache feature in web browsers. Your browser automatically deletes your login data, including your username and password, when you close it or after a certain period of time. This can be a security feature to protect your sensitive information, but it can also cause inconvenience for users who want to stay logged in to their accounts.

If you're using Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox, here's how to disable the auto-clearing cache feature:

For Chrome users:

1. Open Chrome and click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on "Settings" and scroll down to find "Privacy and Security".
3. Click on "Site settings" and then "Cookies and site data".
4. Turn off the toggle for "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows".

For Safari users:

1. Open Safari and click on "Safari" at the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on "Preferences" and then "Privacy".
3. Next to "Cookies and website data", select "Always allow".
4. Close the Preferences window.

For Edge users:

1. Open Edge and click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on "Settings" and then "Privacy, search, and services".
3. Under "Clear browsing data", click on "Choose what to clear".
4. Uncheck the box next to "Cookies and other site data".
5. Click on "Clear now".

For Firefox users:

1. Open Firefox and click on the three lines at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on "Options" and then "Privacy & Security".
3. Under "Cookies and Site Data", uncheck the box next to "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed".
4. Close the Options window.

That's it! By disabling the auto-clearing cache feature in your browser, you should be able to stay logged in to your Insticator commenting account for a longer period of time.
